Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa is a popular resort for both families and couples alike, lots to do away from the bustling main bar street. Fabulous sandy beaches with deep blue sea, the most popular beach is Nissi Beach, but just further down is the idyllic Landa beach and Makronnisos, truly stunning and quieter, more suitable for families.

Nissi Avenue hosts an extensive range of restaurants, all very child friendly with several that have small adventure areas. It's difficult to recommend one or two in particular as all serve delicious tasty fresh food. We will try to leave business cards from some of our favourites in the future; please feel free to do the same for future guests. The local restaurants offer excellent Cypriot food, try the Kleftico which is lamb slowly cooked in foil in special clay ovens, or a Meza which includes several different Cyprus dishes, a Meza can take a couple of hours to get through as there are so many dishes, make sure you wear something lose fitting!   Not wanting to dine out, why not try the trendy juice bars, chic champagne bars or relax watching the sun go down with your favourite cocktail.

The famous main bar area where bars and clubs are plentiful and you can dance the night away until the early hours is tucked away from the main centre

Fancy a spot of shopping? Designer clothes, boutiques, gold, silver and diamonds, genuine leather handbags, diving apparatus etc.  You will find an array of shops that stay open until late.

At the centre of town you will find the Monastery, for over 400 years the heart of the town, it is well worth a visit. The pretty Ayia Napa harbour is also a must visit with several fish restaurants and bars. In addition to the fishing boats a variety of boat trips are available, fun for all the family.

Wonderful weather all year round, hottest months are June through to September, warmer weather in May and October but still high temperatures, bring lots of sun cream! Ayia Napa is the only resort of the east side of the Island where many of the shops and restaurants remain open throughout the winter months.  This time of year is especially popular with the older generation.

Ayia Napa boasts a wealth of beach activities, from banana boats to paragliding! Lots to do and see all year round. For the children, why not try Luna Park on Nissi Avenue, perfect for keeping children entertained.  Luna Park offers rides and activities suitable for all ages.

Cape Greco

Cape Greco sits between Protaras and Ayia Napa, The cape's idyllic clear waters are a perfect retreat for snorkelers or swimmers who want to avoid the busy beaches of nearby Protaras. The area offers many fabulous beaches Green Cove is only a 5 minute walk from the villa or why not take in the fabulous views of Konnos Bay.  Both of which offer an exotic and tranquil experiences.  There are only a few restaurants and shops in Cape Greco so a car would be advisable.

Konnos Bay

The very beautiful beach at Cape Greco, on Cyprus's south-east coast, is known as Konnos Bay.  With its Blue Flag status, breathtaking views, nature trails, many water sports, golden sands and floating sun beds, it’s easy to see why this haven is such a popular retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the neighboring town of Ayia Napa.

Konnos Bay sits peacefully in between Protaras and Ayia Napa, with its rugged coastline and nature walks, there is always plenty of choice for you to spend your days here. Either bathing in the turquoise waters on a floating sunbed, or having a more active day exploring the National Parks surrounding the bay, you choose!
Cavo Greko is also very popular for the diving fanatics; amazing sea life in varying species has been seen in the many sea caves in and around the area.

Situated on the northern outskirts of Protaras, is Pernera. A small coastal resort popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Ideal for beach holidays, Pernera is less than 1km from three small sandy beaches that are quieter and less crowded than their shoreline counterparts in Protaras.
